This SMS Messaging Privacy Policy explains how Southwest Bioclean LLC (“Southwest Bioclean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and shares mobile phone numbers and related information in connection with our text messaging (SMS/MMS) program. It applies to every text message we send or receive at 575-322-1100 and 575-331-3960.
Information we collect
When you give us your mobile number, we may collect:
- Your mobile telephone number
- Your name, and where you provide them, your service address and email address
- A record of how, when, and where you agreed to receive text messages from us
- The content of text messages you exchange with us
- Delivery information reported by your mobile carrier, such as whether a message was delivered or whether the number is no longer in service
We collect this information directly from you. We do not buy mobile numbers, rent them, or obtain them from list brokers, lead sellers, or any other third party.
How you give us permission to text you
We send text messages only to people who have asked us to, so we can coordinate your job with you. You can give that permission in any of these ways:
- On our website. By entering your mobile number on our contact form and checking the box that asks whether we may text you.
- During a call with us. By telling us during an intake, estimate, or scheduling call that we may text the number you have given us. We note the date and time of that permission in our records.
- On a signed Work Authorization. By initialing the text messaging line above the signature block on the Work Authorization you sign before we begin work.
You are never required to agree to text messaging in order to hire us. If you would rather not receive texts, we are glad to reach you by phone or email instead.
How we use your information
We use your mobile number and the information above only to:
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate remediation services
- Send arrival windows, crew status, and job progress updates
- Send estimates, invoices, and payment reminders
- Answer questions you send us by text
- Keep records showing that you agreed to be contacted, and that you were removed promptly if you asked to be
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and we do not use your mobile number for advertising of any kind.
How we share your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use a business telephone service provider to deliver and receive our messages. That provider processes messages on our behalf and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.
We may disclose information when we are required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
Confidentiality of our work
Our services often involve deaths, injuries, crime scenes, and other sensitive circumstances. We treat the details of every job as confidential. We do not use job records to build marketing lists, and we never share the nature of your job in a text message beyond what is needed to coordinate your service.
How to stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You can also call us at 575-322-1100 or email swbioclean@gmail.com and ask to be removed. However you ask us to stop, we will stop sending you text messages of any kind. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to. Reply START to resume, or HELP for assistance.
Stopping text messages does not cancel any work you have scheduled, and does not stop us from reaching you by phone or email about a job in progress.
Message frequency and cost

How long we keep this information
We keep records of your consent and of any opt-out request for at least four years, so that we can demonstrate we contacted you only with your permission. Message content is retained in our business phone system for as long as needed to support your job and any related insurance or legal matter, and in no case longer than seven years after the job is completed. Access is limited to Southwest Bioclean personnel who need it to do their jobs.
Children
Our text messaging program is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from anyone under 13 years of age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
