Program description
Southwest Bioclean LLC operates a text messaging program for customers and prospective customers who have asked us to contact them by text. We use it to coordinate biohazard, crime scene, trauma, hoarding, and sewage remediation work in Doña Ana, Sierra, and Otero counties, New Mexico. Messages are sent from 575-322-1100 and 575-331-3960.
What kinds of messages you will receive
Depending on which permissions you have given us, you may receive:
- Job-related messages. Appointment scheduling and confirmations, arrival windows, crew status and delays, job progress updates, estimates, invoices, payment reminders, and replies to questions you send us.
- Promotional messages, only if you separately opted in. Occasional service reminders, seasonal notices, and information about services we offer.
These are two separate permissions. Agreeing to job-related messages does not sign you up for promotional messages.
How to join
You can ask us to text you by:
- Entering your mobile number on the contact form at southwestbioclean.com/contact-us and checking the box that asks whether we may text you
- Telling us during an intake, estimate, or scheduling call that we may text the number you have given us
- Initialing the text messaging line above the signature block on the Work Authorization you sign before work begins
Your first message from us will identify Southwest Bioclean and tell you how to stop. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you give us.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Job-related messages are sent as needed while your job is being scheduled and performed, and are typically limited to a handful of messages per job. Promotional messages, if you have opted in to them, are sent no more than twice per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Southwest Bioclean does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan for details.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been removed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START at any time to resume.
You can also call 575-322-1100 or email swbioclean@gmail.com and ask to be removed.
Opting out of text messages does not cancel scheduled work and does not prevent us from contacting you by phone or email about a job in progress.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. This program is supported by major carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates and resellers. Carriers are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the content of messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to request an estimate, hire us, or receive any service. If you prefer, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Changes to your number
Please tell us if you change or give up your mobile number, so that we do not send messages intended for you to someone else.
Privacy
Information collected through this program is handled as described in our SMS Messaging Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued participation in the program after a change means you accept the revised terms.
